Project Planning
Our specialist planning engineers work with project management teams to ensure delivery is on time and on budget.
Planning engineers are assigned to all projects, irrespective of size or complexity. They promote effective communication, collaboration and openness between all the parties involved in a project.
The planning process embraces all aspects of a contract, from the initial tender enquiry through to design, pre-commencement, construction, commissioning, handover and beyond.
Working with project management teams, they will constantly monitor the progress of projects and manage the rescheduling and revision of plans as appropriate.
This engagement, integration and forward-thinking brings flexibility and adaptability to projects whilst making an open working environment easier to achieve.
NG Bailey runs its own training courses for its planners as part of its £4m commitment to developing its people. These cover commercial and planning awareness and effective project planning.
There is also an internal Planning Community within NG Bailey Building Services which regularly meets to encourage standardisation throughout the group and share best practices and innovations.
